Girls Coding Club

Technology Playground’s Girls Coding Club is a collaboration with the national non-profit organization Girls Who Code that aims to close the gender gap in technology.

Our club inspires, educate, and equips girls with the computing skills to pursue 21st century opportunities.

Through the effort of our club, we solicit volunteer instructors that have the chance to:

  • Expose girls in under-served areas to a comprehensive and unique CS education
  • Develop powerful leadership skills while positively impacting your community
  • Interact with large tech companies and industry leaders through field trips and guest speakers

Our club represents a scalable approach to computer science education and includes forty curriculum hours paired with project based, group learning.
