To reduce poverty, one person at a time, by providing programs that encourage the underprivileged, from youth to adults, to explore their academic and business interests while developing essential leadership skills needed to compete in a 21st-century technology-based workforce.

To develop a nation that can function in the technology space to build their social, economic, and educational skills; creating community leaders through the vehicles of teaching, training, and utilizing resources of information technology.
